Day 1 – Salem, OR to Branson, MO

Day 2 – Branson – Local Touring
Enjoy a full breakfast buffet at the hotel this morning, before we set off for our adventure! (You will receive breakfast vouchers for your entire stay upon check-in.) We’ll kick this one off with… “Hallmark Presents Maxine’s Christmas Carol,”… Branson will have a holiday show even the Grinch would envy! Charles Dickens could never have imagined the role of Scrooge inhabited by a sassy sourpuss like Maxine. The call-it-like-she-sees-it, lovable curmudgeon delivers the iconic story with song, dance, and a heaping helping of merry and mirth, sprinkled with the best of her rude mood, and just a dash of attitude! Introduced to us by way of greeting card covers from Hallmark, the self-appointed Queen of Crabbiness, Maxine, has been a popular character from the start. Next lunch is served at McFarlain’s Family Restaurant… Inspired by the IMAX adventure “Ozarks Legacy & Legend”, McFarlain’s is a Branson exclusive. Now you’re primed and ready for the Dutton’s… where Mom, Dad, brothers, sisters, in-laws, and the grandkids all work together to put on one of Branson’s most enduring and powerful shows! You’ll have some time to rest up before dinner and our next show “Million Dollar Quartet”… depicts a phenomenal moment in the history of rock ‘n roll – the jam session that brought together music icons Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, and Carl Perkins! In 1956, rocker Carl Perkins scheduled a recording session at Sun Studios in Memphis, joined by his band and another rock ‘n roller, Jerry Lee Lewis. They were soon joined by Elvis Presley and Johnny Cash and the rest is music history! They sang the blues, gospel, rock ‘n roll, rockabilly, and what was fondly known at the time as country western music. “Million Dollar Quartet” will treat you to sensational songs like Matchbox, That’s All right, I Walk the Line, Riders in the Sky, Hound Dog, Peace in the Valley, Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On, Blue Suede Shoes, and Who Do You Love. This is not simply a tribute show; it’s a loving homage to four of music’s brightest stars. Radisson Hotel, Branson MO (B, L, D)
Day 3 – Branson – Local Touring
On our first stop today we’ll visit the College of the Ozarks. They are committed to its founding mission of providing a quality, Christian education to those who are found worthy, but who are without sufficient means to obtain such training. Instead of paying tuition, all full-time students work campus jobs to defray the cost of education. Upon complete participation in the Work Education Program, the College guarantees to meet the entire cost of education for students, allowing them the opportunity to graduate debt-free. The College openly discourages debt by not participating in any federal, state, or private loan programs and leads by example through having no institutional debt of any kind. Lunch is served at Jackie B Goode’s Uptown Café… the 50’s and 60’s are alive and well here at the café, featuring delicious food and live entertainment. As one of Branson’s most popular venues, the Sight & Sound Theatre is the best destination for spectacular Christian productions that are entertaining and uplifting! Watch in awe as the theater truly brings the story of Moses to life in this amazing bible story. The theater itself features professional actors (who may just put Charlton Heston and Yul Brynner to shame), elaborate costuming and sets, live animals, special effects, original music, and so much more. These elements really bring the Sight and Sound stage to life. Just the production itself is sure to inspire and leave guests awe-struck; and with Moses at Sight and Sound, you are bound to have a great time reliving the gospel of the Lord through these entertaining displays. Dinner will be on your own tonight, and your evening is free to explore or take in a show of your choice! Tickets for shows can be purchased in the lobby of the hotel… if you need help securing transportation please let us know. Radisson Hotel, Branson MO (B, L)
Day 4 – Local Touring
After the breakfast we take in New Jersey Nights… It presents the amazing harmonies and timeless music of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, right here in Branson, Missouri! It’s wowed audiences around the globe in places like England and Monaco, and in popular American destinations as well, but no destination presents a tribute show like Branson; it’s a perfect fit! The fabulous foursome produced a music catalog loaded with memorable lyrics, so it’s hard to hear any of their hits without singing along. With those dashing, matching jackets, sensational harmonies, and custom created stage sets, all the ingredients are in place to showcase this unforgettable production! You’ll be thrilled to hear favorites like Sherry, Rag Doll, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, Big Girls Don’t Cry, Walk Like A Man, Oh What a Night and much more! Lunch today is at Shorty Smalls… they serve up generous portions of classic Southern comfort foods, such as barbecued ribs and chicken… yum! Next it’s “Hot Rods & High Heels” where Branson will celebrate the 50’s once again! No matter how many decades pass us by, our hearts long for the 50’s; whether you’re a baby boomer who experienced the era, or a teenager just discovering its appeal, there’s something about that decade that will never fade away. And there’s so much to love…the clothes, the cars, the songs, the atmosphere of soda shops, record stores, drive-in diners, and sock hops; it speaks at once of innocence and of romance. “Hot Rods & High Heels” vaults us back to the best of those good ol’ days with singing and dancing from an incredible cast; an ensemble of some of Branson’s best performers. You’ll have some time to freshen up before dinner at Montana Mikes; they’re known for their USDA steaks, hand-cut at the restaurant and grilled to your liking. You’re in for a treat tonight… “Clay Cooper’s Country Express” is a must-do for every visit to Branson! Headlined by Branson veteran artist, the incomparable Clay Cooper, this is one variety show that brings the music and fun in spades! And it’s certainly a variety; classic and current country, pop favorites, inspiring gospel, and patriotic music sure to make you proud to be an American. Songs range from George Jones to the Doobie Brothers to Bruno Mars to Hunter Hayes; with that kind of variety, everyone will hear something they love! And, of course, it wouldn’t be the perfect Branson show without laughter; Matt Gumm delivers the funny stuff big-time – if Matt can’t make you laugh, your funny bone is broken! Radisson Hotel, Branson MO (B, L, D)
Day 5 – Local Touring
We’ll depart for a truly unique experience, the Titanic Museum… See and WALK the to-scale sized Grand Staircase; meet the crew members; receive a boarding pass with an actual passenger’s information, allowing you to make haunting emotional connections through their words and stories. Next, enjoy an enchanting riverboat luncheon cruise onboard the Showboat Branson Belle… featuring a three-course meal, variety show, and the opportunity to sightsee along Table Rock Lake, where there is not a single iceberg! You’ll have time to freshen up before we head to our farewell dinner at Landry’s Seafood restaurant. Landry’s has brought the great taste of the Gulf Coast to one of the nation’s premiere entertainment destinations. We’ll conclude our evening with the Hughes Brothers Christmas Show… the Brothers and their families bring you the season’s best vocal harmonies, festive surprises, and treasured family traditions. See Santa in a new light as he explains the symbols of Christmas in the most moving Christmas presentation you’ve ever witnessed. Finally, we’ll visit Branson’s 56th Trail of Lights… a drive-thru animation display that will carry you into the very heart of Christmas. The Trail winds its way through the historic 160-acre Shepherd of the Hills Homestead, and will take you down the famous “Trail that Nobody Knows How Old” into a holiday wonderland. Radisson Hotel, Branson MO (B, L, D)
