The Famous Snow Train Sacramento - Reno February 20th-23rd 2012
Getting there is half of the fun..... from the lush Sacramento Valley into the historic Mother Lode Country.... up to the top of the High Sierras.... Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow... undeniably romantic.... this is one of America's most spectacular rail rides! Party and dance, as we snake our way leisurely through the beautiful mountains, sing in the Piano Lounge Car, like Bing Crosby's yodeling party clickity-clacking toward Vermont in "White Christmas" only with better views (sorry, Vermont). Strolling minstrels, magician and fun themes add to the festivities. Soon we’ll arrive in the Biggest Little City in the World - Reno.....

Spring in Ashland April 8th - 10th
Spring time in Ashland: In April the air is warmer, the days longer, the sunsets brighter and the hills are green. This is our favorite time to visit our suthern neighbors... the crowds of summer have not yet arrived, it's lovely to sit outsidedday or evening, and the entertainment is wonderful as always.

Savannah, Charleston & the Golden Isles of Georgia May 1st - 8th
Genteel, gracious, historic, beautiful... these are just a few of the words that come to mind when we think of these places... Everything you've heard is true... Now start packing...

Washington State Wine Tour May 17th - 21st
A new wine region has appeared amongst the rivers, lakes, and mountains of Central Washington. Bordered by the towering Cascade Mountains on the west and sagebrush covered hills on the east, vineyards and their attendant wineries are rapidly appearing throughout the area. The winemakers of this area have banded together in a belief that the influence of the Cascade Mountains and the broad rivers and lakes makes the region unique....

Grand Teton National Park - Unlike most mountain ranges the Tetons lack foothills, which can obscure the view. As such, the Tetons rise sharply from 5,000 to nearly 7,000 feet above the surrounding terrain; the view is especially dramatic from the town of Jackson. The Park is famous throughout America for its spectacular landscape featuring majestic mountains, pristine lakes and abundant wildlife. Yellowstone - the first national park in the world, is known for its wildlife and its many geothermal features, especially Old Faithful Geyser. It has many types of ecosystems, but the subalpine forest is dominant!
